Mark Bless is a Vienna-based artist, singer, songwriter and composer whose music brings together influences from pop, R&B, funk, jazz and other musical styles.

Alongside creating his own music, Mark enjoys interpreting songs that influenced him while growing up. His repertoire ranges from contemporary pop and soul to blues, swing and jazz, allowing him to move naturally between different musical styles.

Music has been part of Mark’s life from an early age. He began singing and playing the piano as a child, and at the age of ten became a member of the Vienna Boys’ Choir. During his years with the choir, he performed on stages around the world and gained experience that continues to influence him as a musician and performer today.

Mark writes and composes his own songs, often starting with a melody, an emotion or a simple idea that quickly develops into a complete song. He trusts that first instinct, which is why many of his songs retain much of their original character throughout the production and arranging process. He is also involved in creating his own arrangements, reflecting his strong musical instinct and ear.
